Assist pharmacists by sorting medications Check racks/bins before each delivery departure for missingmeds Complies with departmental policies regarding safety,attendance, and dress code.During Down Times, May Assist Pharmacy Floor For Additionalsupport Ensure all medications are scanned into the computer system(Frameworks) and staged correctly for each deliveryEnsure All Medications Are Sorted/packed As Required Insidetotes Ensure that all necessary packaging documents are attachedto each tote before handing it to the delivery personnel Follow all applicable government regulations includingHIPPA Prep for the day, set up delivery totes/stickers Prepare delivery manifests, packing slips and ancillarypaperwork (MCRs, TSP notifications etc.) to correspond to appropriate facility Retrieve final reviewed medication baskets/carts from RPhfinal review stations (including STATs) Scan all medications pending for delivery using Frameworks Scans manifests into system for confirmation of delivery Sort all baskets/carts of final reviewed medicationsaccording to facility units, location and delivery times Sorting medications by routes Toting/Bagging medications for deliveryOther Duties As Assigned Overtime, holidays and weekends may be required and/orexpected Ability to meet physical demands involving extended periodsof standing, walking, bending, kneeling and reaching Ability to perform tasks under pressure, and within adeadline driven environmentSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.HoursSome flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee mustbe available during the core work hours established by hiring manager.
