Always Best Care of Middle TN has an opening for a HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Director and Staffing Coordinator. This position will be responsible for the following:
Recruiting quality caregivers
Improve and streamline current orientation
Lead orientations of new caregivers
Develop training programs
Evaluate current caregivers
Keep Always Best Care in compliance with license regulations concerning caregivers
Approve and assist in payroll
Efficiently and successfully onboard caregivers
Introduce new caregivers to clients
Assist in successfully matching caregivers and clients
Assist staffing coordinator in scheduling caregivers
Gain knowledge of our scheduling, client, and caregiver management system
Plan the growth of the HR department in conjunction with company expansion
Minimum of one year of experience working in HR capacity (interviewing, organizing, admin, etc)
You work well with others in a team office setting or one-on-one trainings
You are savvy with technology and can use multiple programs with minimal training
You can effectively manage competing priorities effectively
You understand and respect the confidential nature of employee relations and information
